ABSTRACT

The digital revolution is a reality that public and private

organizations from all sectors and domains applications must

be considered. Adapting to the digital transformation today

requires new types of work process and better means to allow

all players to interact in best possible way and especially in the

domain of facility management. It is recognized that emerging

technologies such as IOT, green cloud, Artificial Intelligence

and so forth are paving the way for new approaches to better

address challenges in buildings management. However, a

research study indicates that most of the professional people

are not aware of technologies available in the market. This

paper reviews the importance of digitalization of the facility

management process in real estate domain. In addition, the

paper outlines our innovative solution SEJI suite that is an
